Fried oysters and chicken salad---now THERE'S a combination you don't find on the same plate every day!!! Especially in an oyster house.

I'd have been delighted to find it, though, for I don't do seafood, and always order the chicken salad, on any menu, just to see how it's made in that part of the country.
