Mole, mole, we all love mole...

.. and lard. And smoky black beans. And fresh corn tortilla's. And guinea fowl, especially when braised in mole. And zingy salads. And shrimp with chipotle mayo. And ricciarelli, even though there's no decent picture of those. And our friends, and great red wine, and good times. Seems like the end-of-year-melancholy that usually hits me just about now, hasn´t arrived yet....
