Net terug van een weekend zon, Hollandse luchten, springende lammetjes en eindeloze groene dijkjes. En heerlijk eten, maar daarover later meer.

RachelD said...: It's a LEVEE!!! I never thought of our having those exact water-catchers in common. Most of the ones here are VERY wide and have a little track or road of sorts on top, for the folks who drive and inspect them.

I envisioned dikes as mud or stone or something else rather than the green of ours, somehow.
